All we ask of yourselves is that you reuse, or recycle the box as our continued support for our planet.

We are happy to accept returns, but please NOTE the the following information;

The arrangement will be security strapped, into its box by 4 black internal strapping ties, each one will have a English Faux Flower Company.com tag attached to each strap.

We are happy to accept returns as long as the internal strapping and the Security tags are all still in place, and they have not been cut or tampered with.

If you are unhappy with your arrangement we are more than happy to accept returns as long as the internal straps are still intact. Please contact us regarding this matter.
