Unwrapping of your arrangement

If you are unhappy with your arrangement we are more than happy to accept returns as long as the internal straps are still intact. Please contact us regarding this matter.

• On arrival of your arrangement, you will see 4 outer black straps, please cut these.

• Lift off the lid, TOP will be indicated.

• Remove the sleeve, by pulling gently upwards, to remove the sleeve completely, and place to one side.

• You will now be able to see your arrangement, which will have another 4 black inner straps connected to secure the complete arrangement into the box base, with Security tags attached holding the pot and flowers in place.

• If you are completely happy to accept the arrangement, please go ahead and cut the 4 internal black straps with the Security tags on, and carefully remove your arrangement, please note unfortunately once the internal strapping has been cut the arrangement cannot be secured back in the box for reposting.
