The Craster is set into a coffee coloured pot, and is a Country display of Elderberries also known as ‘Sambucus’, the elderflower and berries are often seen on the road-side in the late Spring and early Summer. The flowers grow in umbels, which are umbrella-shaped clusters. ‘Craster’, is a tranquil fishing village, set in Northumberland, which has plenty of charm and character from its cosy coastal cottages and is famous for its kippers.
